Providing constructive feedback in the workplace is a valuable skill for any individual who is leading a team or responsible for staff. The key principle in giving feedback is that it must be structured and delivered such that it helps the individual not hurts them. Feedback can be given via formal or informal channels and oftentimes it is a necessary part of working life.
